For residential owners of single or multi-family homes, even owners of commercial spaces, the importance of reliable property management is undeniable. Founder, Justin Riapos, knows this to be true from his prior managerial experiences.
Driven by a shared passion for efficiency, honesty, and all things real estate, the Brix team aims to shift the industry’s perception of property management — one strategically leased residence at a time.
Justin first ventured into real estate in 2011, but his passion for the industry is inherent. Prior gigs in leasing, consultation, and management eventually led the Ohio native to Pittsburgh, where he’s put his entrepreneurial focus to good use. Upon obtaining his Realtor's license at the beginning of 2017, he could easily see the big picture of a management business in his very near future. With his skill set and passion for the industry, Justin's management skills has proven invaluable.
JESSE WIG, PARTNER
Since migrating to Pittsburgh in 2015 Jesse’s wasted no time building his legacy. As a Realtor and three-time business owner with chops in development, investment, and — naturally — property management (he once headed 26 rental units independently), he’s well versed in the hustle it takes to be successful in real estate. Through Brix, Jesse aims to offer like-minded investors the benefits of working with property managers who prioritize clients first.
DAVE VILLIOTTI, CFO
David Villiotti is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business MBA program, University of Pittsburgh’s Accounting program, and Penn State University’s Business Program. David has previously held roles in accounting in the non-profit, healthcare, and oil and gas business segments. He also has experience in sports and entertainment. Prior to starting Good Steward Accounting, David worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a big four accounting firm, CONSOL energy (a Fortune 500 company at the time), and Allegheny Health Network.
DEBBIE JOHNS, PROPERTY CONTROLLER
Deborah is an accounting professional with over 35 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Her strong business and accounting knowledge is the result of hands-on experience in many industries that include service, medical, and manufacturing. With her many years as a Controller in private industry, in addition to working side by side with her public accounting clients, she has grown to love being a member of the team and is able to offer assistance and guidance in reaching their financial goals.
NATE TITI, SERVICE + PROJECT MANAGER
Originally from Ohio, and formerly a Union Laborer for 5 years, Nate is currently working towards an Associates Degree in Entrepreneurship and Management. Nate now heads our maintenance team as the Director of Redevelopment and Maintenance. He handles our day to day maintenance calls and any renovations needed at our current listings.
MARISSA MCGRAW, LEASING AGENT
Taking her skill set from Lifespace Pittsburgh, Marissa works part time in all aspects of administration and leasing for Brix Management. Marissa, who originally is from Erie, PA now resides in Pittsburgh and has been a real estate agent since 2013. You can find her buying plants and playing with her dogs in her free time!
TORI RIAPOS, OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
You can catch Tori working a couple days a week in the Brix Management office, alongside her office dogs and husband Justin, owner of Brix Management. When Tori isn't in the office she's working at her full-time gig - a women's clothing boutique called Lynn & Barrett, located in Pittsburgh's Northside neighborhood.
